Join us for Natya Yoga: The Dance of Breath and Being, a unique workshop series designed to explore movement as both grounding and creative. Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a sense of calm through intentional movement.


About the Workshop

Each session blends yoga, music, and gentle elements of dance, offering a soft yet powerful way to awaken inner stillness. The practice concludes with a guided meditation to leave participants feeling centered, grounded, and refreshed.

This workshop will be guided in Farsi, creating a welcoming and inclusive space for Persian speakers to move, breathe, and connect. There are no prerequisites — each session is independent, and participants may register for one or both.
